General Items | All clients must bring Photo ID, Insurance Cards, any deductible or co-pays due upon admission, and a 30 day supply of all medications in their original prescription bottles. Tobacco users may bring cigarettes, snus, or chewing tobacco in “SEALED, UNOPENED packs or containers.” Any and all forms of electronic cigarettes and “vapes” are NOT permitted at Clearbrook.

Toiletries | All clients will need to bring the following items: shampoo, soap/bodywash, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, hairbrush, shaving cream, and safety razors. *NO ITEMS MAY CONTAIN ANY ALCOHOL*

Jewelry | We recommend that all patients leave any valuable items, including jewelry, at home whenever possible. If you do choose to bring jewelry with you, please limit it to one (1) ring, one (1) necklace, one (1) watch, and one (1) pair of earrings.

Clothes For Men | The following guidelines are for incoming male patients:

  • Pack a 7 day supply of casual attire including slacks, jeans, shirts, socks, underwear, pajamas, jacket/coat, and at least one pair of comfortable shoes.
  • Shirts can be t-shirts, polo shirts, golf shirts, collared shirts, long-sleeves, sweatshirts and hoodies.
    • NO references or imagery related to bars, bikers, bands, gangs, drugs and/or alcohol use, and/or negative messaging
    • NO tank tops, sleeve-less shirts, or cut-offs
  • Pants can be jeans, slacks, khakis, sweatpants, and shorts
    • NO pants or shorts with holes cut into them are permitted
    • Shorts are permitted Seasonally, weather permitting and at discretion of Clinical Director
    • NO excessively tight fitting or revealing attire will be permitted
  • Baseball hats (Limited to 2 hats) are permitted to be worn OUTSIDE ONLY and must be worn facing forward.
  • Not Permitted to be Worn
    • Cologne

Clothes For Women | The following guidelines are for incoming female patients:

  • Pack a 7 day supply of casual attire including slacks, jeans, shirts, socks, underwear, pajamas, jacket/coat, and at least one pair of comfortable shoes.
  • Shirts can be t-shirts, longsleeves, sweatshirts, collared shirts, polo shirts, and hoodies.
    • NO references or imagery related to bars, bikers, bands, gangs, drugs and/or alcohol use, and/or negative messaging.
    • NO tube tops, tank tops, halter tops, sleeve-less shirts, cut-offs, or low cut shirts.
    • Shirts MUST cover the navel area
  • Pants can be jeans, slacks, khakis, sweatpants, and shorts
    • NO pants or shorts with holes cut into them are permitted
    • Shorts are permitted Seasonally, weather permitting and at discretion of Clinical Director
    • Shorts must be knee length (No “Short Shorts” permitted)
  • Stretch pants, yoga pants, and/or leggings may be worn BUT must be accompanied with a long shirt, kimono, tunic, or other upper-body covering that extends down to the mid-thigh of leg.
  • Dresses and skirts are permitted
    • Must be at least knee length (No mini-skirts permitted)
    • No slits, cuts, or holes are permitted
    • Dresses may not be backless and must have appropriate necklines
  • Cosmetics are LIMITED to:
    • One (1) cream or press powder consealer
    • One (1) blush
    • One (1) lipstick
    • Eye makeup is permitted, limited to eyeliner and eye shadow. (NO MASCARA)
  • Not Permitted to be Worn
    • Perfume, spandex and tight fitting, and/or revealing clothing.
